Uniform
At Little Acorns School we understand that uniform is important for a sense of belonging, to look smart yet practical and to ensure children feel the same as their peers.
However we also understand some children at our school may struggle with sensitivities to certain materials/clothing. We want all our children to feel happy and comfortable and so are always willing to accommodate the needs of individual children upon reasonable request.
Little Acorns School Uniform is as follows:
General uniform
Black or Grey trousers (or shorts in the summer)
Black or Grey Skirt with black or grey thick tights
Blue cotton/polyester three button down T-Shirt
Plain Cobalt Blue sweatshirt.
Plain white, black or grey socks
Black flat shoes
Girls may wear blue and white checked summer uniform
Additional Items
Wellies
Waterproof trousers/jacket
PE kit- white tshirt, navy joggers and jumper.
All items must be named
Ears are permitted to have one pair of studs, these must removed on PE days. Children may wear a watch to school but no other jewellery is permitted.
Long hair should be tied back.
Children should not wear makeup to school.
